“WHAT DID DERS DO TO HIS HAIR?!!?!” The (so far) biggest change to a character’s appearance was one we tried to keep a lid on (clever) as photos and clips were released for Dry Guys, and it’s one of the signature images of Season Two.   How did Ders become Blonders?  The scripted dye job was actually a wig, which Hair Department Head Carla Joi Farmer fitted (and unfitted) depending on whether the scene called for “regular” or “dipped”.   The result was a Children of the Corn meets Eminem mash up that scared children and delighted crew members.  Will Blonders ever return?  Keep watching Season Two to find out.
