Workaholics is going to COMIC-CON!

From the snazzy press release—

On Thursday, July 12, a press conference with Blake, Adam, Ders, and Kyle from “Workaholics” will be held in press room Aqua 306A from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel (1 Park Blvd.) followed by an autograph signing from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at table AA04 in the Salis Pavillion (2nd level of the Convention Center).

Thursday, July 12: “Workaholics” panel (Room 24ABC)

6:30-7:30 p.m. Join stars, Co-Creators, writers, and Executive Producers Blake Anderson, Adam Devine, Anders Holm and Kyle Newacheck as they take fans behind-the-scenes and give a sneak peek into upcoming new episodes, including a few special guests that are guaranteed to be “Tight Butthole.” Also, one lucky fan will be selected to have their name written into a future episode. S’Go!

Then get ready to party with the guys at the “Workaholics” Happy Hour Event (first come, first served) taking place at the Hard Rock Hotel’s FLOAT from 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 13.

——————————————————————————————————

So there you have it, Workaholics invades San Diego starting on Thursday, July 12th.

Still haven’t heard back from the event planners whether or not my “The Workaholics Tumblr: Is this really the guys and will you marry me? A Digital Life” will be given priority conference room space or not.  So look for news on that, soon I would think?

Adam DeVine: “I have that shit, I love Southern rap. For whatever reason that just connects with me. I’m like, ‘Yes, no, mama does make crack like this.’ That makes the most sense to me. I’m just a little white kid growing up in the suburbs and I’m like, ‘Yes, mama makes crack likes this.’ ‘What’s that, Adam?’ ‘Nevermind, mom.’
“Basically, I feel like when I started smoking weed and drinking beer, I fell in love with every album. Every album is between 98 and 2003, it’s a real turning point in my life.”

Ders talks to ESPN (we mean it, it really happened) about the Olympics, his swimming career, and one of the first screenplays he ever wrote.

(NOTE: The screenplay’s not about swimming.)
